What is the ketogenic diet?

The ketogenic diet is the oldest and most natural way of eating there is. Sugar has never been part of mankind's food until its recent introduction to society by massive plantation and enslavement of sugar plantation workers in South America. Sugar is rare in nature if you didn't know. Most fruit is not sweet in the wild. The sweet fruit you are used to buy today is artificial and modified by man to contain sugar. Fruit in the wild is very tiny, has a big seed and almost no flesh. An apple is 5 millimeters and a watermelon is no more than 5 centimeters. Humans have spiked their food to contain incredibly high amounts of sugar. Humans have mainly relied on wild animals, leaves and herbs and some occasional berries for detoxing. Nuts and seeds are bitter in the wild and not edible either. Humans used to hunt the fattiest animals because they knew fat was healing and higher in calories allowing them to go without food for longer periods of time. There are still certain cultures on earth that use on fats as their main source of energy such as the Inuit and the Eskimos.


What about cholesterol?

Cholesterol is produced by the body no matter what you eat. Bad cholesterol is produced by the body from ingestion of highly refined sugars. Fats are the most beneficial foods you can eat because they provide for a clean energy and longer lasting satiation that will allow you to become more independent from food.
